Theme block not showing
Make sure you've enabled the App Embed in Online Store → Customize → App Embeds. Then add the 'Variant Description' block to your product template.
AI generation not working
Check if you have AI credits remaining (PRO/ENTERPRISE plans only). Go to Settings → Usage to view your credit balance.
Translations not appearing
Ensure you have multiple languages published in Settings → Languages in Shopify admin. The app uses Shopify's native translation system.
Description not saving
Check your internet connection and try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact support with the error message.
Variant not found
Make sure the product has variants created in Shopify admin first. Single-option products without variants are not supported.
